Hmmm. . . I guess if you don't have a flash, getting your subject as close to a light source (window) as possible might be one option. I've gotten addicted to my flash lately and can get really great catchlights with it in the dark! :) Maybe someone will have other suggestions. . .
Your little guy is so cute and I love the composition on the 2nd photo. I would suggest trying out your flash because not only will it give you some catchlights but it will also allow you to bump up your shutter speed so you can get sharper focuses. I have had some moderate success with putting a piece of scotch tape over my on board flash to cut the harshness of it.
He is so cute! I think you did get catchlights. What was your shutter speed in these? They look a little blurry to me. It's so hard to get the ss high enough indoors, especially on dark and gloomy days like we are having lately! Thank goodness for my flash!
he's a cutie. as for indoor catchlights if you don't have a flash or its dark you can use a white foamcore board or a reflector. it'll show in the eyes too.
I am taking note of your comments too, as this is something I do not know. I am not adept at shooting indoors in low light with or without flash. Your little guy is a cutie.
You got some catchlights! I agree with Jess... they do look a little bit blurry (moreso on the second one). But they are cute none-the-less! I have no clue how to get catchlights without an external flash when it's dark and gloomy... and I'm really just starting to get the hang of getting them with the flash!

Cute photos! I agree with the above poster about a getting close to a light source for catchlights!

Super cute pics...I am no help with the catchlights though cause I don't know how to achieve them w/out my external :)
I'm not sure about the catchlights but the 1st pic looks like a pudding commercial :)
Sorry I can't comment on the catchlights...but just wanted to say your lil' man is a cutie pie and the one with the spoon just looks so sweet....
I think you did pretty good.
Cute photos!
Your boy is so cute. The pictures are a little dark but still cute.
Love that spoon-in-the-mouth shot. Very descriptive.

Too cute! Looks like you've gotten so great pointers here!

Your little guy is a cutie.
I agree with all the above comments. It is really hard to get great catchlights in limited light. Cute captures.
I can see catchlights...but yeah...windows or bright lights are the best ways....but I can see catchlights in these....THat first picture is cute! :)
Very cute! Thanks for asking about the catchlights when it's dark, I've learned a lot from reading the comments!
Great photos. Don't know much about getting catchlights so enjoy all the answers.
Ahh not so good at catchlights, dont think Ive ever gotten them. Cute pics though, adorable little guy.
You got some good advice here. He's a cutie-I hope you don't mind my saying so, but his hand looks kind of weird in the second photo.

What a cute guy! You got some great CC here for catchlights.
